You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of BreakupChat at any time to improve or maintain the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BreakupChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
